It's the FEELING that connects you with your subconscious. FEELING is what gives rise to thoughts. THOUGHTS are what lead to actions.
Let's dive deeper to understand this concept and to discover just how it impacts your life.
When you expect something to happen in a particular way, you are building up your determinations. If you BEIEVE in yourself enough, you will notice that the expectation FEELS good. That good feeling will give rise to food thoughts, which will propel your actions, resulting in your desire to come into existence. Look back to reflect upon anything you have accomplished in life so far.
On the other hand, when your expectations don't turn into reality, you begin to develop a negative feeling - perhaps a feeling of frustration, self-doubt or insecurity, perhaps distrust, judgement or anger, or something similar. The key is to DETACH from these feelings. Because as long as you remain attached to the FEELINGS, they will give rise to negative thoughts. Those THOUGHTS will lead to unaligned actions. In other words, actions that are not connect with your core purpose. When taking unaligned actions, you end up doing more than you actually have to. This leads to exhaustion and not having enough time for things that matter. And thus, keeps you from achieving what you initially desired.
Then HOW in the world do we keep ourselves from such negative emotions? Is it really possible to be feeling positive all the time, under any circumstance? Is there a way to control the negative feelings?
Let's find out.
Most important factor to keep in mind - DO NOT try to control anything in life. The more you try to control anything, the more it grows overtime, resulting in a disastrous event at some point in time in life. Control is your worst enemy that is birthed from negative FEELINGS.
Instead, apply this simple technique that requires consistency and persistence - AWARENESS. By first simply being aware of your inner feelings you are consciously shedding off the negative emotions layer by layer. You will notice the results overtime, if you consciously put effort toward building your awareness. When you are aware and accept yourself, you consciously and naturally work towards improvement.
Being aware of ourselves can often bring up self-doubts and self-judgment (which we are going to eventually release), so it's important remind yourself that you on the right path, at the right time and at the right pace that's perfect for you.
Next, allow any negative emotions to come to surface and hold an intention to release the negative emotion that no longer serves you. By holding that intention, you are working towards releasing anything that's stuck. You will notice that as you are releasing, more and more emotions will begin to come to surface. And it may fell overwhelming, because your mind is not used to processing it all. It's okay. Stick to the process. This clearing is the most important step towards finding your inner true and happy self. Again, consistency and persistence are the keys. Only then you will begin to feel lighter and lighter. Because the load will have been released out of your system.
As you release and make room, you will start filling your subconscious with positive FEELINGS that truly connect you with your TRUE SELF. Use guided meditations, hypnotherapy and auto-suggestion techniques as your tools to get your mind a jumpstart, until the process becomes natural. It may take weeks, months or a year. Once it becomes natural you will notice that you remain centered under any circumstances, and nothing in your surrounding is a trigger to your emotions anymore.
The journey to living the most sustainable life starts right from your center, when you FEEL totally connected, alive and awakened. You will just FEEL HAPPY living every moment in bliss. You will FEEL GRATEFUL for everything in your life, because you will FEEL like you have EVERYTHING. It is when you get to this state of mind, you start attracting EVERYTHING you've always wanted.
Remember, nothing in life is achieved overnight; everything takes practice, commitment and persistence and most of the time, perseverance. So does finding your authentic and happy self. However, once you've truly connected with your inner self and taken every step from a state of FEELING HAPPY, the path to everything else you want in life becomes much easier and completely stress-free.
It is totally worth investing in yourself. You will thank yourself someday that you did.
So, what's the next step you are going to take towards this investment?
